Synopsis:

Menyambung siri pertamanya, untuk siri kedua ini dilihat lebih menarik dimulakan dengan mengimbas kembali kisah di siri pertamanya, dilanjutkan dengan siri ke-2 yang semestinya lebih menarik.


Kisah Khairul Azzam yang kembali ke kampung halamannya di Solo setelah Lulus S-1 dari Universitas Al-Azhar, Kairo. Pulang dengan gambaran masa depan yang belum jelas, tentang karier dan jodoh. Masyarakat pun mulai menwarwarkan bahawa lulusan Al-Azhar University biasanya jadi kiai atau ulama besar. Mendengar kabar ini, ibu Azzam geram dan menjadi gelisah, bahkan menyuruh adik Azzam, Husna untuk mencarikan pekerjaan. Pekerjaan apapun untuk membuat Azzam terkesan bekerjaasalkan tidak menganggur.
Dengan latar belakang pengalaman berniaga selama di Mesir, Azzam pun tidak patah semangat untuk membangun usahanya sendiri. Awalnya menjadi bekerja sebagai jasa penghantar barang kemudian membuka perniagaan Bakso Cinta. Inovasi baru bakso berbentuk hati. Usaha ini berkembang cepat dengan anak muda sebagai konsumen utamanya. Namun ternyata perjalanannya tidak selancar usahanya, hal inilah yang selalu dirisaukan oleh ibunya.
Wanita yang beliau dambakan, Anna Althafunnisa telah dipinang sahabatnya sendiri, Furqon. Dan dengan menyimpan kepedihan hati keduanya bertemu dalam resepsi pernikahan. Walaupun saat itu sedang dekat dekat dengan Eliana yang jelas-jelas menaruh hati padanya dan,  Azzam belum boleh menerima. Ia menginginkan wanita muslimah. Azzam pun berusaha mencari pujaan hatinya, walaupun cukup banyak halangan yang dia hadapi, yang kemudian membuatnya hampir putus asa.
Yang menarik disini adalah lika-liku kehidupan sampai akhirnya Azzam menikah dengan pujaan hatinya, Anna Althafunnisa.
